We offer a 90 day layaway plan for any item desired. We do require a 20% deposit of the total purchase, including tax. The balance may be paid at your convenience according to your terms.
Alterations and adjustments such as ring sizing will be made at balance payoff. Most can be done the same day.
Expired layaways will forfeit the 20% deposit. Any remaining monies paid will be given as an in-store credit.

KeepSakes offers financing through G.E. Capital. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your personal check is welcome with proper identification.

KeepSakes offers gift certificates in any denomination.

Most items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise for a period of 30 days with receipt. Special order, altered, or sale items are non-returnable. No cash refund is our standard store policy.

All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction.
